Online & in person counselling with Sarah Tribe
“The more you look inside yourself, the more you learn about yourself”– Eric Berne
Are you struggling at the moment and feel you need someone to talk to? Do you feel stuck and not sure how to move on? Do you find it hard to express yourself and what you want and worry too much what people think? Are you feeling anxious?
I work with people just like you.
Find your solace
In my experience successful therapy starts with the relationship between the therapist and client and you need to feel comfortable. My clients tell me they find me kind, understanding, and non-judgmental.
Therapy tailored to you
Individual counselling
For many people, there are behaviors and coping mechanisms that may have served them well in the past – perhaps during a challenging time in childhood or adolescence. Those same behaviours that helped you get by are the very same ones that are holding you back.
You find yourself locked into negative patterns that you don’t know how to escape. These old, entrenched behaviors and thought patterns are holding you back from realizing your own potential, and interfering with your relationships.
Individual therapy gives you the opportunity to understand and heal deep, early disruptions and wounds and open the door to a new and more fulfilling future.
Relationship counselling
Couples counselling provides a supportive and structured space to strengthen relationships of all kinds—whether between romantic partners, a mother and daughter, close friends, or LGBTQ+ and heterosexual partnerships. The focus is on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper understanding to build a healthier connection.
If a relationship can no longer continue as it is, counselling also helps both individuals navigate this transition with care, offering tools to process emotions, set boundaries, and find closure.
I provide a calm, non-judgmental space where both people can feel heard and supported. Whether you want to strengthen your bond or move forward in a healthy way, I’m here to guide you with understanding and care.
Walking therapy
Outdoor counselling is good if you feel a little anxious or claustrophobic in the environment of a one-on-one session in a room. Walking together side by side can make it easier as there is no direct eye contact.
When we move our bodies and shift our environment, we can think differently about aspects of our lives that have before seemed immovable.
Being outdoors is a physically more relaxing experience for our bodies and, therefore, our minds may be freer to open up.

You are welcome to email me for an exploratory conversation about what you’d like to gain from coming to therapy and decide whether you feel comfortable talking to me. There will be no charge for this. If we decide that working together could be helpful for you then we will fix a time for our first session. Sessions will take place on the same day, at the same time each week.
I am open to hearing about your experiences, your relationships and how you view yourself and the world around you. This will be at your pace and you can share as much or as little as you wish. I will help you to make sense of your feelings and thoughts and together we can consider new perspectives to help you find a way forward.
